PayProp was excited with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority’s (PPRA) appointment of a new Executive for Licensing and Registration.

Johlene Wasserman will lead the department responsible for issuing and renewing Fidelity Fund Certificates (FFCs) and responding to exemption requests.

All estate agents and estate agencies in South Africa must hold an FFC and renew it every three years, making this role a critically important one for the real estate sector.

We wish the PPRA and Johlene all the best and look forward to working together for the betterment of the property sector. With her expertise and dedication, we are confident that the industry will be well served!
