Our amazing client support team have done it again, winning Best in Sector, Payment Services for the fourth year running at the prestigious Estate Agent of the Year Awards (ESTAS).

Why does it mean so much to us? Unlike other industry awards, the ESTAS are decided by real feedback from the most important people in any business, its clients. Winning it four times in a row shows not just our service ethos, but more importantly that we do not rest on our laurels and have always stood by our customers, throughout the pandemic, before it, and beyond.

This year, we also scooped up Silver in the Supplier of the Year category. This award truly cements PayProp’s position as a firm favourite among letting agents. Our clients can look forward to the fruits of a busy year of development, including new integrations with Automated Accounting, Mailchimp and others, plus our new API continuing to make life easier for agents across the UK and beyond.

People Awards sponsor

Since 2019, we have also sponsored what some consider to be the most prestigious category of all, the People Awards. This category celebrates property professionals who have consistently gone above and beyond to help clients. Ten winners received a ‘Highly Commended’ People Awards trophy from Joanne Smith, Head of Client Services, PayProp UK, and Neil Cobbold, Group Chief Sales Officer, PayProp.

The lettings industry is all about people, and it’s the personal relationships that make the customer experience. The past year has been tough, so it’s only right that we celebrate those who have continued to put the customer first – they are the professionals that will continue to thrive beyond the pandemic.

This year we’d like to celebrate the incredible dedication to customer service of these 10 winners during a difficult 12 months. They are Daniel Fielding-Smith – Tolhurst Fisher; Eamonn Hunt – TDS Northern Ireland; James Richards – Peter Morgan Financial; Jessica Hope – Northgate Billingham; Kate Kenyon-Edwards – Oakwood Homes; Kyle Nicholls – Austin & Wyatt; Louise Daly – Miles & Barr; Molly Connor – Clive Watkin; Tommy White – Harper Williams; and Zoe Taylor – Assist Inventories.

We know they will all continue to even greater heights in the industry.
