On Thursday, May 4, PayProp hosted a free webinar on “Trust account compliance: Everything property managers need to know to avoid closure”.

Jeff Dowdle, VP of Sales for PayProp North America, presented a step-by-step guide to trust accounting compliance, covering the importance of proper fund segregation, record keeping, and bank reconciliation for property managers.

Jeff’s talk offered easy-to-follow practical advice as well as common mistakes that could lead to ethical and legal problems.

Ending in a brief Q&A session, the presentation gave attendees valuable tools and a deeper understanding of how an effective trust accounting system can ensure their business stays in good standing.
